Chapter One General Provisions
Article 1. Issuing Authority
The National Electoral Board of Ethiopia has issued this Directive pursuant to the authority granted to it by the Amended Electoral Law of Ethiopia Proclamation Number 532/2007.
Article 2. Short Title
